Do you sell mobile cooler/freezer kits for end user to build?
We do sell packages for our customers to build. We do require a licensed HVAC technician certificate prior to sending any HVAC systems.
Does NorthPro sell used equipment?
Yes. With a large rental fleet of Portable Cooler & Freezer trailers, we do have used inventory available for customers looking for a more affordable purchase. All of our used inventory has been inspected thoroughly prior to each delivery by an HVAC technician.
If my new unit has any issues within the first year, what do I do?
Rest Assured, NorthPro Equipment offers a full 1-year warranty on all structural and compressor parts. Please contact us with your concern and we will contact one of our HVAC technicians in your area to have the issue fixed ASAP.
Does NorthPro sell any trailers accessories?
Yes, we can equip our units with any of the following for an additional cost: shelving, stairs, ramp, jack stands, trailer tongue lock, security door lock, and many more! Contact us for a full list of our available accessories.
Is there a limit to the size of unit I can purchase?
Typically, we provide units from the 8’ to 40’ range. If you’re looking for a larger size, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an affordable quote based on your specific need.

Our highest quality products can last up to 25+ years. Our rugged grade trailers can last roughly 15 years.
Are your trailers safe for highway driving?

Can Coolers operate as freezers?
Our standard cooler models are not capable of running below 0°C (32°F). However, we do supply packages which include all the parts needed to transfer your cooler into a freezer unit.

Our standard 7’x12’ Cooler or Freezer trailers weigh 1863kg. Other sizes may vary depending on size, model, additional specs, etc. We ensure to provide the full weight of your product upon every quote.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Equipment?
Depending on quantity of products, we aim to have your units ready for shipment within 90 days of purchase.
