Loading: Once you have loaded the product into the unit, please keep the door closed and allow a minimum of 2 hours for the trailer to reach the desired temperature.
Temperature: Please DO NOT touch the temperature control, other than to set or adjust to your specific needs.
Coolers: Coolers normally operate at 4 degrees Celsius/39 Fahrenheit. Coolers are designed to hold pre-chilled products and/or beverages; allow extra storage time if chilling is required.
Freezers: Freezers normally operate at -18 degrees Celsius/0 Fahrenheit. Freezers are designed to hold pre-frozen products.
Don’t be alarmed by minor fluctuations in freezer temperature, as this is a normal result of the freezer going into a defrost cycle. Also, expect variances in temperature, as a result of opening the door frequently or with regularity.
